At New Age Combat, we are committed to providing quality boxing gear that meets your performance needs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter issues with your product, we will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund based on the conditions outlined below. Return & Refund Eligibility:


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in their original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase: A valid New Age Combat purchase receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items; The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalised items (unless they are faulty or incorrectly customised).
- Mouthguard, groin guards, and other personal care items due to hygiene concerns.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item:

Request a Return or Exchange: Email our team at NewAgeCombat@hotmail.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange request.

Pack Your Items: Ensure that your items are securely packed in their original packaging, with tags attached. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

Shipping: Ship your item to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Note: We recommend using registered post to ensure the safe return of your items, as New Age Combat is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refund Process:

Approval & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any non-refundable shipping fees.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale or discounted items cannot be refunded but may qualify for exchanges.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanges, except in cases where New Age Combat has made an error. Contact NewAgeCombat@hotmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If there is still an issue, contact us at NewAgeCombat@hotmail.com.

Gifts: Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase may be returned for a gift credit. If a gift was shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift certificate for the value of your return upon receipt of the item.

Warranty Policy:


New Age Combat products are covered by a limited manufacturing warranty that ensures the quality and structural integrity of the items, provided they have been used as intended and maintained appropriately. Normal wear and tear or damages due to misuse are not covered. For defective items, we offer repair or replacement at our discretion. Our warranty period lasts for 120 days from the date of purchase.
