At New Age Combat, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Free Shipping for Orders Over $200

We offer free standard shipping for all retail orders over $200 AUD within Australia, to metro areas only. These metro areas include Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin. Parcels will be sent via Australia Post, so please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Public Holiday orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day. Flat rates below:

These rates do not include heavy items which may incur additional fees, especially for non-metro areas. If applicable, you will be notified of extra costs before shipping. 

Please note that all charges are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by you. 

We reserve the right to decline and refund any order that is deemed unavailable to ship for any reason at our discretion. 

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5-7 business days for metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery also depends on the availability of the product(s) and where the product(s) is being shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. For orders with different shipping address and billing address or different shipping and billing names, you may be contacted by our team which might delay the shipping of your order. 

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory. Your order may be split into more than one shipment, depending on the estimated arrival time of each product. It is possible for your order to be delayed due to products arriving on different dates. If this is the case for you, there will be no extra delivery charges to you. 

Orders placed before 11 am Monday-Friday may be processed and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 11 am will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may be affected during peak periods such as Christmas, Boxing Day, and promotional sales events. Delivery times can't be guaranteed and are subject to unexpected delays. 

Signature and Missed Deliveries

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising that the parcel is awaiting collection at the nearest depot or post office. Missed deliveries will not be reattempted and must be collected from the delivery company’s depot.
Please ensure someone is available at your provided delivery address during business hours to avoid missed deliveries.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote. Express delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. For international orders or inquiries, please contact us directly for assistance.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of the goods will transfer to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.
